But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.Pero acerca de los tiempos y de los momentos, no tenéis, hermanos, necesidad de que yo os escribaΠερὶ δὲ τῶν χρόνων καὶ τῶν καιρῶν ἀδελφοί οὐ χρείαν ἔχετε ὑμῖν γράφεσθαι
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.porque vosotros sabéis bien, que el día del Señor vendrá como ladrón de nocheαὐτοὶ γὰρ ἀκριβῶς οἴδατε ὅτι ἡ ἡμέρα κυρίου ὡς κλέπτης ἐν νυκτὶ οὕτως ἔρχεται
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.que cuando dirán: Paz y seguridad, entonces vendrá sobre ellos destrucción de repente, como los dolores a la mujer encinta; y no escaparán.ὅταν γὰρ λέγωσιν Εἰρήνη καὶ ἀσφάλεια τότε αἰφνίδιος αὐτοῖς ἐφίσταται ὄλεθρος ὥσπερ ἡ ὠδὶν τῇ ἐν γαστρὶ ἐχούσῃ καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐκφύγωσιν
But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.Mas vosotros, hermanos, no estáis en tinieblas, para que aquel día os tome como ladrón;ὑμεῖς δέ ἀδελφοί οὐκ ἐστὲ ἐν σκότει ἵνα ἡ ἡμέρα ὑμᾶς ὡς κλέπτης καταλάβῃ·
Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.porque todos vosotros sois hijos de la luz, e hijos del día; no somos de la noche, ni de las tinieblas.πάντες ὑμεῖς υἱοὶ φωτός ἐστε καὶ υἱοὶ ἡμέρας οὐκ ἐσμὲν νυκτὸς οὐδὲ σκότους·
Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. Therefore let us not sleep, as others; but let us watch and be sober.Por tanto, no durmamos como los demás; antes velemos y seamos sobrios.ἄρα οὖν μὴ καθεύδωμεν ὡς καὶ οἱ λοιποί ἀλλὰ γρηγορῶμεν καὶ νήφωμεν
For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, For Elohim hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,Porque no nos ha ordenado Dios para ira, sino para alcanzar salud por el Señor nuestro Jesús el Cristoὅτι οὐκ ἔθετο ἡμᾶς ὁ θεὸς εἰς ὀργὴν ἀλλ' εἰς περιποίησιν σωτηρίας διὰ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ
Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.el cual murió por nosotros, para que sea que velemos, o que durmamos, vivamos juntamente con él.τοῦ ἀποθανόντος ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν ἵνα εἴτε γρηγορῶμεν εἴτε καθεύδωμεν ἅμα σὺν αὐτῷ ζήσωμεν

And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;Y os rogamos, hermanos, que reconozcáis a los que trabajan entre vosotros, y os presiden en el Señor, y os amonestan;Ἐρωτῶμεν δὲ ὑμᾶς ἀδελφοί εἰδέναι τοὺς κοπιῶντας ἐν ὑμῖν καὶ προϊσταμένους ὑμῶν ἐν κυρίῳ καὶ νουθετοῦντας ὑμᾶς

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. See that none render evil for evil unto any; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all.Mirad que ninguno dé a otro mal por mal; antes seguid lo bueno siempre los unos para con los otros, y para con todos.ὁρᾶτε μή τις κακὸν ἀντὶ κακοῦ τινι ἀποδῷ ἀλλὰ πάντοτε τὸ ἀγαθὸν διώκετε καὶ εἰς ἀλλήλους καὶ εἰς πάντας
