VerseKJV 1769 TextKJV YHWH TextRV 1602 TextAncient Text
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?¿Por qué se amotinan los gentiles, y los pueblos piensan vanidad?
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against יְהוָ֥ה, and against his anointed,Estarán los reyes de la tierra, y príncipes consultarán unidos contra el SEÑOR, y contra su ungido, diciendo:
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.Rompamos sus coyundas, y echemos de nosotros sus cuerdas.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.Y yo envestí mi rey sobre Sion, el monte de mi santidad.
I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. I will declare the decree: יְהוָ֥ה hath said unto me, Thou my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Ask of me, and I shall give the heathen thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth thy possession.Pídeme, y te daré por heredad los gentiles, y por posesión tuya los términos de la tierra.
Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.Y ahora, reyes, entended; admitid castigo, jueces de la tierra.
Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Serve יְהוָ֥ה with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed all they that put their trust in him.
