Then Job answered the LORD, and said, Then Job answered יְהוָ֥ה, and said,Y respondió Job al SEÑOR, y dijo:
I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. I know that thou canst do every, and no thought can be withholden from thee.Yo conozco que todo lo puedes, y que no hay pensamiento que se esconda de ti.
Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. Who he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.¿Quién es el que oscurece el consejo sin sabiduría? Por tanto yo denunciaba lo que no entendía; cosas que me eran ocultas, y que no las sabía.
Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.Oye ahora, y hablaré; te preguntaré, y tú me harás saber.
I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.De oídas te había oído; mas ahora mis ojos te ven.
Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. Wherefore I abhor, and repent in dust and ashes.Por tanto me aborrezco, y me arrepiento en el polvo y en la ceniza.
And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. And it was, that after יְהוָ֥ה had spoken these words unto Job, יְהוָ֥ה said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me right, as my servant Job.Y aconteció que después que habló el SEÑOR estas palabras a Job, el SEÑOR dijo a Elifaz temanita: Mi ira se encendió contra ti y tus dos compañeros, porque no habéis hablado por mí lo recto, como mi siervo Job.
Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job. Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you folly, in that ye have not spoken of me right, like my servant Job.Ahora pues, tomaos siete becerros y siete carneros, y andad a mi siervo Job, y ofreced holocausto por vosotros, y mi siervo Job orará por vosotros; porque solamente por su respeto no os trataré afrentosamente, por cuanto no habéis hablado por mí con rectitud, como mi siervo Job.
So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as the LORD commanded them: the LORD also accepted Job. So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as יְהוָ֥ה commanded them: יְהוָ֥ה also accepted Job.Fueron pues Elifaz temanita, y Bildad suhita, y Zofar naamatita, e hicieron como el SEÑOR les dijo; y el SEÑOR tuvo respeto a Job.
And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. And יְהוָ֥ה turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also יְהוָ֥ה gave Job twice as much as he had before.Y tornó el SEÑOR la aflicción de Job, orando él por sus amigos; y aumentó al doble todas las cosas que habían sido de Job.
Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold. Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that יְהוָ֥ה had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.Y vinieron a él todos sus hermanos, y todas sus hermanas, y todos los que antes le habían conocido, y comieron con él pan en su casa, y se condolieron de él, y le consolaron de todo aquel mal que el SEÑOR había traído sobre él. Y cada uno de ellos le dio una oveja, y una joya de oro.
So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. So יְהוָ֥ה blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.Y el SEÑOR bendijo a la postrimería de Job más que a su principio; porque tuvo catorce mil ovejas, y seis mil camellos, y mil yuntas de bueyes, y mil asnas.
He had also seven sons and three daughters. He had also seven sons and three daughters.Y tuvo siete hijos y tres hijas.
And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Kerenhappuch. And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Keren-happuch.Y llamó el nombre de la una, Jemima, y el nombre de la segunda, Cesia, y el nombre de la tercera, Keren-hapuc.
And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren. And in all the land were no women found fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.Y no se hallaron mujeres tan hermosas como las hijas de Job en toda la tierra; y les dio su padre herencia entre sus hermanos.
After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations. After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, four generations.Y después de esto vivió Job ciento cuarenta años, y vio a sus hijos, y a los hijos de sus hijos, hasta la cuarta generación.
So Job died, being old and full of days. So Job died, old and full of days.Murió pues Job viejo, y lleno de días.
